文字化けってやっかいですね。
FLASHでサーバとデータをやりとりするときに、いらん要素で文字化けしないように、URLエンコード／デコードするのが良いようです。
サーバ側（PHPなど）で、エンコードしたテキストを
デコード（復元）する場合、

hoge = unescape( encodeText ); |
です。
※encodeTextに、サーバでurlencodeしたテキストを取得している前提。
逆にFLASHでエンコードするのは、escape()ですね。

３ヶ月近く毎日更新してきましたが、何度となく触れているように明日から１週間はハワイに行ってきますので、更新が止まります。ひょっとしたらむこうで撮った写真なんかをアップするかも知れないですが、レギュラー投稿は5/21（月）からになると思います。
